PRIVATE TRAINING
We offer Private Training 7 days a week!   We will put together a signature workout catered to your specific needs.  This is an ideal option for an athlete who wants to work on specific skills in a more private setting. You can request your personal  and preferred schedule.  Personal Training is for players dedicated to the process of improving.   If you have goals of improving your position (whether that is to be the best scoring option on the team, break through the starting line up, or make the team this season) it takes hard work, time, and commitment to the process of improving.
The sessions are highly organized to maximize every minute. Players leave with a solid workout plan tailored to them specifically.
